History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his mother died while driving off some brigands. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sickle use. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Miles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
