History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman sports tan clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her skin is flawless and her hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Born to a Ploughman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Vicky never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
