Description: A 6'5" eastern man, he wears a blue costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Alice enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Alice studied abroad. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
