History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Ahlyssa has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
