History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Unemployed mother left him crippled. Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was born in a small island village. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her auburn hair is braided into rings. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Isabella isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. A true patriot, Isabella would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Isabella lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
