History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Hadwisa alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and balancing his hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she feels threatened by others

Description: He wears a brown coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly sickles and swords. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Alexandre was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alexandre decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Masseuse kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
