Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Joan enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: Born in the south to a Baker, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He became a Baker soon after.
