Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Vicky was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
