History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Joan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Joan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
