History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Matilda grew up listening to her father's many stories. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He comes from a rich western family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Isabella alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
