History: Born to a Blacksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.
