Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A freak accident while working with his Junk Dealer father left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to reunite with his absent mother
