History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, brown shirt, and white tie. She wears a colorful flower in her brown hair. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
