Personality: Millicent speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Geoffrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Geoffrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Cartwright soon after.
