History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Brewer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She is a Miller first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but she was a colossal failure. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
