Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sarah fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born in a small desert village. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Carter. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peter grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
