History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Avice was born with her father's beautiful face. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
