Personality: He is fixated on the number 40. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Gilbert liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Robert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Knight. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
