Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is obsessed with his god.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: She wears a white tunic with yellow highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around her shoes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Joan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Joan. Being a Barkeep kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and seeks redemption

In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
