History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and further expansion of business
