Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
