History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
