History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and to get a good night's sleep

History: She comes from a rich western family. A gifted student she started as a Unemployed, but she got bored and became a Merchant. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
