History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. After coming to the age of reason, Matilda took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Bookbinder job and began her own company from there.
