Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 63. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Ernest was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ernest decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is violet, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. She wears her brown hair down. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he usually wears his white robe and has his nunchaku always slung over his shoulder. He has moderate length black hair. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Anselm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Locksmith soon after.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
