History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
