She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jacoba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her youth she was a Scribe, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
