History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He struck the Herbalist job and began his own company from there.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears professional attire. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: Adelard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is greedy; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern woman tends to wear a large black jacket. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Bather. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Through the years after Susannah was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Susannah's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and to reunite with her absent mother
