His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. History: Agnes was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
