History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
