History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heward grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Heward. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Gifted from a young age, Avelina studied abroad. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with her Painter mother left her crippled. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Geva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
