Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Aline's homeland. Aline decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Aldous reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
