Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Heward was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy.
