History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by giants. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
