Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Richard was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Through the years after Richard was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Richard's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now owns his own business.
