History: Born in the south to a Architect, Shane learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Shane never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mary does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Mary hails from a village terrorized by drow. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mary has worked very hard to control her curse. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Mary was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
