Through the years after Dustin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dustin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Manfred was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Manfred decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
