Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a tan suit, green shirt, and black tie. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: John was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and carries longbows. She has slicked back black hair. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Ahlyssa hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sai on his belt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His ears are large.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jocelyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jocelyn. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Mortician. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Charles isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
