Personality: He is fixated on the number 26. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
