History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Oriel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Bookbinder, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She now owns her own business.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
