History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. One day when Joan was young, her father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her father dropped to the ground dead. Her father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Joan was heart-stricken from the event, and her mother started working long hours to provde for them. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born in the south to a Fisher, Oriel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
