In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Eva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents.
