Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Hadwisa was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was a Fletcher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
