History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Millicent reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
