Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gerard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. Personality: Oriel hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Oriel is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. A true patriot, Rosamund would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
