He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Hubert enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
