Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has worked as a Navigator like her father before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He tends to wear a large white jacket. Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. The war was a terrible time for him, and Adelard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her writing dream.
