Description: An older man who wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are green and beady.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. Adelard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away.

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has styled her golden hair well, parting it to the right. Her brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Margery was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Manfred has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Percival hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
