Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Norman is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and wants to work out more often

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this western man sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has wavy red hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolf. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student he started as a Spy, but he got bored and became a Marshal. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She wears a black shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'8" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is still thick. Her eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She bought a scythe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
