History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: A 6'4" southern man, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ruler. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roger grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roger. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is fixated on the number 90. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Avice was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
